IslandWood offers a variety of fun and exciting summer programs for all ages. In 2009, there will be many new adventures as well as favorite programs that have become a tradition. Registration will begin in January 2009, so please check back then. Remember that our camps tend to fill quickly!

Bring your friends and family for a weekend of fun, science, art and discovery for all ages! Knowledgeable naturalists will lead your family through activities including games, songs, nature hikes, crafts, and garden exploration. Enjoy delicious family-style meals followed by exciting, hands-on programs with new friends. And don’t forget the best part: eating s’mores by an evening campfire! Sleep in your own room with private bath in one of our cozy lodges. We invite you to join us this summer for a memorable weekend vacation. 2009 Teacher Education Conference - The Summer Institute will allow participants to develop a deeper understanding of sustainability education as it applies to K-12 schools. Sessions are designed to provide specific, useful information that teachers, school administrators, and teacher educators can apply in their own classrooms and programs.
