This link leads to the machine-readable files that are made available in response to the federal Transparency in Coverage Rule and includes negotiated service rates and out-of-network allowed amounts between health plans and healthcare providers. The machine readable files are formatted to allow researchers, regulators, and application developers to more easily access and analyze data.

To further support a healthy work-life balance, IslandWood offers a generous paid holiday and vacation package for eligible employees that includes:
- 10 paid holidays ( New Year’s Day, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Juneteenth, 4th of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Native American Heritage Day (Observed on the Friday after Thanksgiving), IslandWood Winter Floating Holiday (December 24) Winter Holiday (December 25).
- 2 floating holidays
- 15 days of paid vacation for FT employees and pro-rated for PT employees, increasing after three years
IslandWood employees are eligible to participate in our 401(k) retirement plan after completing six months of employment. After six months of employment, IslandWood will match the employee’s 401(k) contribution up to 4% of the employee’s gross income per pay period and places the contribution into the employee’s 401(k) account on a semi-monthly basis. You are vested 100% immediately.

IslandWood has several inter-departmental staff committees which help further our progress in several key areas. These include:
- Justice, Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (JEDI) Council: Helps advance the organization’s diversity, equity, and inclusion goals.
- Internal Affairs Committee: Works on issues related to internal communications, staff feedback, and transparency.
- Operations Team: Ensures cross-departmental communication and collaboration related to on-campus groups, events, and visitors.
- Safety Committee: Works on safety planning, emergency preparedness, incident reports, and injury, illness, and hazard prevention.
- Site Art Committee: Reviews and makes decisions on the selection and placement of art on campus.
- Sunshine Committee: Organizes opportunities for employee celebration, community building, and fun.
