Escape to IslandWood for a safe and inspiring meeting experience, customized for you and your team. Given current COVID-19 guidelines, we are offering two meeting package options. Each option includes a main meeting room with flexible set-up and access to our 250 acres of wooded trails.
Complete Meeting Package
Our Complete Meeting Package includes the following:
- Audiovisual package, including laptop, projector, speakers, and microphone available for your team’s use
- Dedicated event planner to manage all logistics leading up to and during your event
- Eight hours of meeting time on our campus
- Dining & beverage, including breakfast, lunch, afternoon snack break, and all-day beverage service

Hourly Rate Meeting Package
Our Hourly Rate Meeting Package includes the following:
- IslandWood team member on-site to welcome you to your meeting space
- A minimum of 2 hours of meeting time on our campus
- Optional a la carte dining & beverage service

Dining
We create delicious, nourishing meals that highlight seasonal, organic, and sustainably sourced ingredients. Our kitchen also specializes in meeting a wide range of dietary needs and preferences with inspiration and creativity. Following current state guidelines, all meals and snacks will be pre-plated and individually packaged for your safety and convenience.
