We’re so excited for the return of Dine & Discover! Join us for an optional docent-led hike through our trails, a scrumptious three-course meal, and wine & beer pairings with dinner.
Dinner will be prepared by Chef Jim White and his team, who are passionate about bringing sustainably sourced foods and thoughtful dining experiences to students and adults alike. Our meals are inspired by the seasons, featuring locally sourced ingredients as much as possible. Because of this, our menu is designed just days prior to the event. Here’s a menu from a past Dine & Discover dinner to give you a sense of the kinds of delicious meals that Chef Jim and his team create! Also, we’re happy to accommodate specific dietary requests.
