Leslie retired from IBM following a 30 plus year career spanning a variety of executive assignments including manufacturing, product development, information technology services, global and strategic planning. She led organizations across the US as well as international assignments and globally integrated teams.
Leslie grew up in Connecticut and has a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Duke University.
Leslie and her family moved to Bainbridge Island from Boulder, Colorado in 1998. She and her husband, Frosty, have 5 children living in Seattle, Denver, Boston, and Melbourne, Australia.

While the majority of our work takes place on Suquamish (suq̀ʷabš) and Duwamish (dxʷdɐwʔabʃ) land, we also conduct programs on the land of the Snohomish (sduhúbʃ), Puyallup (spuyaləpabš), Muckleshoot (buklshuhls), Skokomish (sqoqc’bes), and S’Klallam (nəxʷsƛ̕ay̕əm) peoples.
