Jennifer joined IslandWood in 2019, bringing more than 25 years of fundraising experience and leadership. Most recently she was the Director of Major and Planned Gifts at Virginia Mason. She is also the Founder and Director of Operations of Philanthropy Works, which provides support and training for frontline fundraisers, and was a Development Officer at Mayo Clinic, the Development Director of Eagle Bluff Environmental Learning Center in Minnesota, and Director of Individual Giving at Seattle Children’s Home. Ms. Kim holds a B.A. from Willamette University, a Certificate in Fundraising Management from the University of Washington, and she is a Certified Fundraising Executive (CFRE).
