A dedicated IslandWood planner will work side-by-side with you to bring your vision to life. Your event planner will handle things such as:

• Assisting with all items pertaining to IslandWood-provided services, including menu-planning, lodge room arrangements, and programming. While we do not provide full-service wedding planning, we’ve worked with amazing local planners we can recommend!
• Coordinating and tracking details for IslandWood teams prior to and during event.
• Pre-planning assistance with diagrams/ setups/ layouts of spaces
• Scheduling, menu consult, tours, and walk-through
• Finalizing your weekend agenda and timeline
• Tracking and ensuring deadlines are achieved
• Standard IslandWood set-up of spaces and décor
• IslandWood standard set-ups and breakdowns of locations in use (Client is responsible for additional items outside of IslandWood standard set-ups, i.e. décor elements.)
