IslandWood Wedding Event Planning
Your venue coordinator/event planner will handle things such as:
- Assisting with all items pertaining to IslandWood-provided services, including menu-planning, lodge room arrangements, and programming.
- Tracking and ensuring planning deadlines are achieved before your event
- Finalizing your weekend agenda and timeline
- Scheduling, menu consultation, and tours
- Pre-planning assistance with layouts of spaces and venue diagrams
- Detailed coordination with IslandWood’s in-house catering, hospitality, audio-visual, and event teams before and during your event
- IslandWood standard room set-ups and breakdowns (Client is responsible for additional items outside of IslandWood standard set-ups, i.e. floral, décor elements, rented items, gift bags, etc.)
- While we do not provide full-service wedding planning, we commonly work with local planners that we can recommend!
