IslandWood Wedding Event Planning

Your venue coordinator/event planner will handle things such as:

  • Assisting with all items pertaining to IslandWood-provided services, including menu-planning, lodge room arrangements, and programming.
  • Tracking and ensuring planning deadlines are achieved before your event
  • Finalizing your weekend agenda and timeline
  • Scheduling, menu consultation, and tours
  • Pre-planning assistance with layouts of spaces and venue diagrams
  • Detailed coordination with IslandWood’s in-house catering, hospitality, audio-visual, and event teams before and during your event
  • IslandWood standard room set-ups and breakdowns (Client is responsible for additional items outside of IslandWood standard set-ups, i.e. floral, décor elements, rented items, gift bags, etc.) 
  • While we do not provide full-service wedding planning, we commonly work with local planners that we can recommend!
