How to Apply

How to Apply
Before applying to the School Overnight Program, please read the following instructions.

Choosing Your Preferred Weeks

  • See our calendar for weeks the program is offered. In the application, please list the top three months you would like to attend and specify any weeks during the year that you know your school cannot come. Please take into account the religious holidays your school population may celebrate.
  • If your public school is seeking a scholarship to help attend the overnight program, be sure to complete the scholarship portion.
  • We will do our best to accommodate your requests. However, given the limited number of weeks in the spring and fall and the number of schools that ask for those weeks, we encourage you to consider the winter months in order to secure a space.

Tuition and Scholarships

  • Please review 2020-21 tuition.
  • If your public school is seeking a scholarship, be sure to complete all three pages of the application.

Confirming Your Application

  • The deadline for completed applications for the coming school year is February 3, 2020. We accept applications after this date if we have spaces remaining, but our scholarship endowment is allocated among the schools that have applied by the deadline.
  • There is no deposit required to apply or obligation to commit during the application period.
  • By the end of February, we will notify you of your proposed week and of any scholarship money your school may have been awarded.
  • If your proposed week is acceptable, we will ask you to commit by returning a signed Confirmation Agreement and deposit at that time. If the proposed week is not acceptable, we will continue to work with you to find a suitable week after the confirmation deadline in March.
