How to Apply
The application window for the 2025-2026 school year is open. Please fill out this application to apply. We understand that schools may be waiting for details about OSWA funding for the 2025-2026 school year before applying. While we await that information, getting your School Overnight Program application in now is still a good idea. It does not mean you are accepting or locked into a spot in the program and you will have time to let us know if your school plans to come after more information about OSWA funding is known. 

Choosing Your Preferred Weeks

• See our calendar for the dates the program is offered. In the application, please list the top three months you would like to attend and specify any weeks during the year that you know your school cannot come. Please take into account your school breaks, testing windows, and any religious holidays your population may observe.
• We will do our best to accommodate your requests. However, given the limited number of weeks in the spring, we encourage you to consider the fall and winter months in order to secure a space.

Tuition and Scholarships

• Please review 2024-25 tuition.
• If your public school is seeking a scholarship to help attend the overnight program, be sure to complete the scholarship portion of the application.

Confirming Your Application 

• There is no deposit required to apply or obligation to commit during the application period.
• After the application deadline, we will notify you of your proposed week and of any scholarship money your school may have been awarded.
• If your proposed week is acceptable, we will ask you to commit by returning a signed Confirmation Agreement and deposit at that time. If the proposed week is not acceptable, we will continue to work with you to try to find a suitable week after the confirmation deadline.
