OUR FORESTS: BAINBRIDGE ISLAND AND THE CLIMATE CRISIS – POSTPONED
March 15 @ 12:30 pm - 4:30 pm UTC+0
We’re so proud to welcome you to the 17th Bainbridge Island Environmental Conference. This year’s topic is:
Our Forests: Bainbridge Island and the Climate Crisis
You care about our island’s forests and the wildlife that call this island home. Climate change is affecting the Puget Sound region, but what can we do about it?
Join city, state, and regional scientists in a community conversation on the research and best practices for stewarding our forests through the lens of climate change.
Optional Saturday, March 14 field trips available at the Moritani Preserve in downtown Winslow, the Grand Forest, Springbrook Creek Preserve, and Bloedel Reserve. If you’re interested in going on any of these tours, please click the links and follow instructions to sign-up with the sponsoring organizations.
