Rachel leads communications and marketing initiatives across the organization. She joined IslandWood in 2017 after having spent many years in for-profit marketing, advertising, and community engagement with brands such as HUMMER, lululemon, Liberty Mutual insurance, and Boston University.
Rachel lives on Bainbridge Island with her husband and two young daughters. Being outside — whether it’s running, biking, hiking, or playing soccer with her family — is where she finds rejuvenation, joy, and the space to sort through challenges and new ideas.
