Jason leads Spencer Stuart’s practice in the Pacific Northwest, where he works with companies of all sizes from multi-billion dollar organizations to rapidly growing start-ups, on growing their executive teams. Jason is often sought after for his ability to bridge culture, strategy and talent to recruit the right executive for a board or management team. He also works on executive assessment, CEO succession and board effectiveness efforts. Jason rejoined Spencer Stuart from McKinsey & Company, where he was an associate principal and a leader in the firm’s technology, media and service operations practices. At McKinsey, Jason advised some of the world’s largest technology and media companies on topics ranging from growth and innovation to organizational design. He also worked with many organizations, from government agencies to large retailers, facing disruptions from new channels and technologies. Jason holds a M.B.A. from Stanford and a B.A. in economics from Vassar College.
