Pronouns: she/her/hers

Elizabeth brings more than 20 years of HR and leadership experience to Islandwood as Director of People and Culture. Being born in Mexico City, one of the largest cities in the world, Elizabeth recalls how precious the family trips to the surrounding mountains and forest were. These trips gave her very early in her life an understanding of the importance of caring, respecting and preserving the natural beauty that surrounds us and the need to be personally responsible to continue enjoying it. Elizabeth is honored to support the people of IslandWood so every team member has the opportunity to reach their personal best.

Elizabeth joined IslandWood after having spent her career in a variety of industries and for-profit organizations. When not at work, she enjoys spending time with her two Chiweenies, hiking, being at the beach, traveling and volunteering with local organizations.
