Erin Brindley & Terry Podgorski

After graduating from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts, Erin Brindley acted in off-off Broadway and Regional productions for a number of years before founding Ripple Productions, a non-profit theater company dedicated to new and innovative storytelling integrating the theatrical and culinary arts. Following that, she had the opportunity to return to her native Seattle to manage and direct Circus Contraption for 11 years. Erin then created Café Nordo with Terry Podgorski, and you can see their antics in full detail at www.cafenordo.com. Brindley also teaches movement and acting to groups ranging from professional performers to developmentally disabled children.

Terry Podgorski has been self producing theater for nearly 20 years. After arriving in Seattle in 2000, he stumbled across Circus Contraption, and absorbed his life for the next 8 years. Working as tour manager, lighting designer, set designer, theatrical director, and eventually production manager he toured nationally and internationally. Since then he has written, produced, and designed the Café Nordo series, a blend of experiential dining and theater that has completed 3 shows thus far and won 2 Seattle Times Footlight Awards for excellence in theater.
