A School in the Woods (23 minutes)
Outdoor learning centers such as IslandWood on Bainbridge Island, WA offer transformative courses in nature, inspiring the next generation of engaged learners and leaders.

Reflections (5 minutes)
Students reflect on the difference that IslandWood has made in their lives.

Buildings That Teach (4 minutes)
A portrait of the built environment at IslandWood. We meet the architects, the designers, and their "clients:" the children and the land.

Sharing My Journal (4 minutes)
A look at the 4-day School Overnight Program through the eyes of 9-year-old students
from Bryant and John Muir Elementary Schools.

School Partnerships Program (2 minutes)
An IslandWood graduate student visits his partner school, Bailey Gatzert Elementary School, to see the community outreach projects that have grown out of the students' IslandWood experience.

Good Night IslandWood (2 minutes)
At the end of the 4-day program, children talk in the lodge at night about their favorite experiences.

A Short History (6 minutes)
Founder Debbi Brainerd, IslandWood Board members and donors reflect on the origins and significance of the IslandWood project.
