How can we find owls in the wild?

Owls can be hard to spot. Why do you think that is?

Owls are a successful species.  That's because they have adaptations that make them very good hunters.

Good hunters are quiet and hard to see.

But good hunters can see and hear their prey.

Even though it can be hard to see an owl, they leave other clues that let us know they are nearby.
