SOP Pancakes
9 OZ.All Purpose Flour
1 ts.Salt
¾ cp.Sugar
1 ts.Baking soda
1 ts. Baking powder
¾ cp.Buttermilk
½ cp. Milk
2 Eggs
1 oz.Butter, melted
Sift the dry ingredients. Whisk together the buttermilk, milk, eggs and some of the butter. Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients. Add the remaining butter. Stir with a wooden spoon to combined. Batter will be slightly lumpy.
