Experience the joy and wonder of learning alongside nature's best explorers - children! Tap into your curiosity for learning as we set out to hike and find stories in the land along the way. Familes in Nature will focus on activities for adults and their children ages 3 to 8.

  • Please bring child carriers or trail appropriate strollers for young children
  • Preregistration not required for children age 3 and under

Registration Information

  • Most events require pre-registration. Please check your event listing for specific requirements.
  • We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express for online payments to paid events. (If you wish to pay by personal check or money order, please contact the community events manager at 206.855.4300)
  • Space is confirmed when payment has been received. For free events, space is confirmed upon completion of registration (if required).
