This MAGICAL weekend will unite women with FUN team-building activities & artful inspirational workshops. Spend a night or two in one of IslandWood’s rustic lodges, DINE on fine sustainably crafted food, ENJOY a special campfire at the Friendship Circle, and RELAX with a hike in the woods or a book by the fire.

Fungus Among Us
IslandWood
Fall is the season for the fungus among us. Christina has taken a class in mushroom identification at the Puget Sound Mycological Society and is eager to share what she has learned in basic mushroom identification. IslandWood will also try to bring in a mycological expert for more advanced identification. Natural history of fungus, hand-on learning about mushrooms, slime molds, and their relatives plus spore printing will be covered.

Join IslandWood for our 6th annual HOWL-o-ween. Bring your own pumpkin and carving tools and create your own pumpkin critters with the help of IslandWood's imaginative kitchen staff. Costumes are encouraged.
